What we do in a session

  • Build self trust
  • Break the glass ceilings you’ve set for yourself
  • Release old thought patterns
  • Move energy and release old stagnant energy
  • Create habits and routines for yourself
  • Build your life from the inside out

A typical session goes something like this:

  • 2-3 min of deep full breaths
  • Review of our last session or get to know you if this is our first session
  • Review and check in on your goals
  • Any pressing things you want to discuss
  • How was the time between - digging into any issues that came up for you.
  • Homework
  • A reiki cleanse
