This package includes 12 sessions over 3 months. I find that people need time to truly engage and process the changes we are putting into place.
What we do in a session:
- Build self trust
- Break the glass ceilings you’ve set for yourself
- Release old thought patterns
- Move energy and release old stagnant energy
- Create habits and routines for yourself
- Build your life from the inside out
A typical session goes something like this:
- 2-3 min of deep full breaths
- Review of our last session or get to know you if this is our first session
- Review and check in on your goals
- Any pressing things you want to discuss
- How was the time between - digging into any issues that came up for you.
